KPL incorporate game mechanics and elements to engage and motivate learners. We use game-like elements such as auctions, teams, coaching sessions, matches (aka assignments), personalised strategic feedback with coaches, points, caps: orange & purple, scoreboards, and much more to enhance the learning experience and make it more enjoyable and interactive. We, at Learneca, use elements which are familiar and fun, such as positive reinforcements from IPL and games inspired by KBC. Prices vary on the expertise of modules, but they start from INR 899 per game per student.

Do you help you incorporate the training practices in your company?

Yes, we do! We train players via gamified approach which motivate a sense of competition in employees which also improves their work performance.
